Smt. Nagarathnamma School of Nursing, a constituent College of the group of Acharya Institutes, Smt. Nagarathnamma School of Nursing was set up in 2003. Nestled among the splendid greenery in the campus that stretches in 120 acres of land, the College has been providing a perfect ambience for the pursuit of excellence in Nursing Education and to learn the full spectrum of nursing care.Smt. Nagarathnamma School of Nursing provides its students, options to choose from various professional programs it offers. Each program is carefully designed according to the guidelines set by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. These programs are open to all students who aspire to pursue their career in the field of Nursing.


Smt. Nagarathnamma School of Nursing offers the Diploma in Nursing Program. The College is approved by Karnataka Nursing Council (KNC) and Indian Nursing Council (INC) and is recognized by the Government of Karnataka, Affiliated to RGUHS

  • Application Fee is based on the Nationality. Application fee is Non-refundable, Non-Transferable.
     
  • All fields marked with * are to be filled mandatorily.
     
  • Online application form can be submitted after making an online payment. On successful submission, an Online Application number will be displayed.
     
  • Please keep scanned copies of your Colour Photograph, Signature, 10th Class Marksheet & 12th Class Marksheet etc for uploading. Size of each file is limited to 2 MB. 

Courses & Eligibility

Diploma

General Nursing and MidWife

Duration  : 3 Years

Eligibility : 10+2 with 40% marks from any recognized board. However, Science is preferable

  • Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government
  • Registered ANM
  • 10+2 vocational ANM course from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council
  • 10+2 Health care Science Vocational stream from a recognized CBSE board/State/Centre

Eligibility for Foreign Nationals: The entry qualification equivalency i.e., 12th standard will be obtained by Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi. Institution, State Nursing Council will be responsible to ensure that the qualification and eligibility will be equivalent to what has been prescribed as above.

Minimum age for admission will be 17 years. (As on 31st December of admission year) The upper age limit is 35 years for ANM and for LHV, there is no age bar
